Offers Consumer Complaint Services
Often, when a customer has a complaint, they contact the Chamber of Commerce first. If a consumer has a complaint about a Chamber member, our staff makes every effort to keep the problem on a local level by referring the complaint directly to the member. If a complaint is received about a non-member, the Chamber will not become involved. Instead, the customer is referred to the proper consumer agency. By serving as an intermediary between our members and consumers, we help members establish and maintain a positive business image.
Provides Trade Show Representation
The Chamber represents San Clemente and its member businesses at several trade shows during the year, helping attract visitor and tourism dollars to the city.
