The San Clemente Chamber of Commerce is not a government agency and therefore, does not hold the authority to investigate how companies conduct business. Should an individual have a complaint against a member’s business, they are directed to contact the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau.
